How do I rent items from Storybook Rentals?

It’s simple! You can call us at (813) 400-3941 or message us using our contact form. We will then respond within 24 business hours so we can learn more about your upcoming event and check on item availability.

Next, we will create a proposal for you. All items are rented on a first come, first serve basis. If you would like to reserve your items, you pay a 50% non-refundable deposit to book the items. You will pay the remaining 50% 7 days prior to your event date. That’s it! You can sign and pay all online using our secure payment processing system.

Where do we deliver?

Anywhere in Florida! But we're not afraid to hit the open road. Let us know where you are and we'll see if we can help!

Can I pick up items myself?

Yes! You can pick up china, small decor pieces and some furniture yourself. Unfortunately, some of our more delicate pieces are not available for pick-up and all furniture items such as tables, chairs, sofas, and backdrops must be picked up in a utility cargo van, a box truck, a SUV or a van. No open pickup trucks will be accepted for pick-up of our speciality furniture.

How long is the rental period?

Our rental fee includes up to 48 hours! That said, if you need more time just let us know and we will work with you to make it happen!

May I come to your warehouse to see the inventory in person?

Of course! Once you have your wishlist compiled we can arrange an appointment for you to see the items in person before finalizing your selection. We will also include other items from our collection that our Design Team thinks might complement your items.
